Klozio is a small studio in the United States. We draw vintage botanical tees for people who actually grow things — and mostly grow them badly.
Why we started
I never had the tidy raised beds or the labelled seed trays. I overwater. I plant too close together. I have killed the same rosemary three times. Somewhere between the third rosemary and a shelf of gardening shirts that all looked like they were designed by a committee, it seemed worth making the ones I actually wanted to wear.
What you are buying
Every design is drawn for us. No clip art, no purchased templates, no stock illustration packs. If you find one of our designs on ten other shops, something has gone very wrong and we would like to hear about it.
We print on Comfort Colors 1717 — heavyweight, garment-dyed, ring-spun cotton. It is the blank that softens with every wash instead of going flat and scratchy. Nothing sits in a warehouse: your shirt is printed after you order it, one at a time, in the US.
How we use AI
We are open about this. Our artwork is created in-house with the assistance of AI image tools, then corrected, redrawn and finished by hand. All lettering is hand-set in licensed fonts — no AI-generated text ever reaches a shirt. Every design goes through a human before it goes on cotton.
If something goes wrong
Reply to any email we send you, or write to hello@klozio.io. A person reads it, usually the same person who drew the shirt. You have 30 days, and if a return is accepted we send you a prepaid label — you never pay to send it back.
