Sizing
We carry S through 3XL, unisex. The fit is true to size and relaxed through the body — order the size you normally wear, or size up if you want it oversized. Every product page has a size chart with exact measurements.
Colors
Seven colorways: Ivory, Sandstone, Butter, Moss, Blue Spruce, Espresso and Black. All are Comfort Colors garment-dyed shades, so the color is soft and slightly uneven by design — that is what garment dyeing does, and it is why the shirt looks better after a year than a screen-printed blank does after a month.
How long does it take?
Your shirt does not exist until you order it. We print it, which takes 2–5 business days, then it ships from the United States with tracking on every parcel. Standard US delivery is typically 3–5 business days after that, so most orders land within about a week.
You get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. If tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase it or remake it.
Shipping cost
Free over $55. Under that it is $4.87 flat, anywhere in the US. We ship to all 50 states.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unworn, with tags, in its original packaging.
Email hello@klozio.io to start a return. If it is accepted we send you a prepaid return label — you never pay to send it back. Do not ship anything back before contacting us, or we cannot accept it.
Wrong, damaged, or not what you expected?
Tell us immediately and we make it right — remake or refund, your choice. This is not a negotiation and you do not need to argue for it.
Washing
Cold wash, inside out, tumble dry low. Garment-dyed cotton will shed a little color on its first wash, so keep it away from anything white that first time. Do not iron directly over the print.
Do you use AI?
Yes, and we would rather say so plainly. Our artwork is created in-house with the assistance of AI image tools, then corrected, redrawn and finished by hand. All lettering is hand-set in commercially licensed fonts — no AI-generated text ever reaches a shirt. Nothing is clip art, nothing is a purchased template, and every design passes through a human before it goes on cotton.
Can I get a design on a different product?
Right now we only make t-shirts, and we would rather do one thing properly than five things adequately. If there is something you want, tell us — we do read it.
